You are correct but Alek was currently in the right mind while Ivan was drunk he also wasn't in the right mind. Neither of them knew what they were doing except for Alek who knew he was taking advantage of hen.
But Ivan still raped hen....just because he was drunk that doesn’t excuse his actions..

well my point here is that both of them are rapist and is this. ok ivan was drunk but this don’t make him less rapist than someone that wasn’t! rape is rape. if alek didn’t entered the room ivan would have raped hen blacked out the same way. both of them are wrong and is this

Rape is rape yes, but you can't say Ivan was the one who was the one who raped Hen, Hen could have been the one. (Yes it can happen) Both were way to drunk to know what was going on, so you can't really say what happened or if they were raped... Both of them were in the wrong. Alex most of all.

as i know, rape is everything that is done with someones body without they consent or if someone is not in they right mind to say yes properly( when the person is too drunk that can’t answer for themselves) right? so if someone is not in they right mind and blacked out u CAN’T have sex with then correct? so ivan is a rapist to right? or this is not applied at him because u guys like him so much?
