Let them give us a back story then.. Maybe I can forgive him and try to understand his situation... Or a Character development, let us see how Seunghoo strive hard to change just for Nakyum
I think character development and maybe backstory would be great but does that justify anything he’s done? Still a nope in my opinion...a murderer and a rapist is still a murder and a rapist regardless of any amount of trauma and abuse they may have experienced..

I think you are right some of us can’t forgive him and I respect that because even if this was just a fantasy it’s a very sensitive subject an awful one even but I guess in the end this Nakyum is chooise to make what other he wanna leave or stay.

I don’t wanna fight but I wasn’t “coming at anyone” in this particular comment. I just expressed how I feel about Seungho’s character and am speaking for the lot of us who can’t forgive Seungho. I mean if y’all can forgive rape then that’s up to you. But there are many of us who really can’t. And just like how people who are shipping SeunghoxNakyum are free to comment and express their opinion here, the people who don’t approve of their relationship or don’t like certain characters should be free to do the same too.
Thank you dear for respecting our opinion. And it’s not like I didn’t feel butterflies when I saw Seungho using his robe to keep Nakyum warm or when he nodded to confirm his feelings - the people who don’t like Seungho get soft too yaknow but at the end of the day, we just can’t forgive him. But we’ll still keep reading to see what happens to the characters.
No worries (づ￣ ³￣)づ if I can forgive him maybe it's because it's fictional. But in real life basis.. The punishment for rape should be death (in my opinion)

If Seungho was just an arrogant prick and not a rapist, we might be able to forgive him if he atoned for his sins. But he forced himself on Nakyum repeatedly and rape is just unforgivable. That’s why no matter what Seungho’s backstory is, a lot of us really can’t forgive him. Even if he started treating Nakyum like a KING from now on, there are things that just cannot be forgiven. I just wish Seungho weren’t so devilishly handsome - that would’ve made it easier to hate him. I hate him but mostly I hate how weak my heart is against handsome webtoon characters.
