youve gotta understand it from her perspective and how she looked at it, to her she would do anything for taesung and haebom, instead of dragging it on, she told him outright instead of the dad meddling in their relationship, personally i think she did that to be direct and straightforward. its better for her to say it outright than for taesung to be hurt by his dad
It's not her place to out them. She's supposed to be old enough to know how dangerous it is to out someone from a marginalized community, especially it's her sons. I was disappointed but not surprised.
