Actually mc did that when the mc knew that his childhood friend had a one night stand with the black haired uke that he barely met(which is doesn't make sense). Remember that the mc visit the childhood friend at night in his house right?. It's like a defense mechanism...not to fall too much.
The mc's action having sex with the horny seme guy is like a defense mechanism(cause of broken heart). It's just too stupid that the childhood friend never realized the mc's feeling I mean the mc stayed by his side for how many years.
I don't like when people are not being fair.... MC doing it, it is a defense mechanism but ML doing it, he is trash. Yeah true the mc was with him for many years but he didn't show his affection. ML was the one always showing affection by rubbing his head, telling him to rest if he is tired, checking if he is okay. ML might be skeptical about the feelings mc had for him because he doesn't show it. He just get sad and not say anything.
