I’m reading them on my galaxy tablet. Only using chrome with one tab open. This happens with this manga and siren’s song for the past several chapters. I wind up having to read it on my old ass iPhone lol

There's VPN. If you have the extension, you can change locations and get a better service sometimes. It's free, and you can be like you're reading this from India or wherever. In Chrome, go to settings, more tools, extensions, and go to the chrome store, search VPN. I use Hola Internet. Works great when I need it.
Other - just guesses - I'm just guessing, but I wonder if it's a bandwidth problem. Your local provider has irresponsibly failed to provide enough? I don't know. I don't know how the cellphone thing works. Are you always at the same location while reading this? If you go somewhere else and it's not blurry, that might be it. That could also be dead wrong. lol. These pages are huge, really long, a megabyte sometimes. That's big for online. You could download a page and look at it in photoshop or something. lol Have you tried viewing them while not using multipage view? probably won't help, but maybe.
