That character is not important to the plot actually. The real father is tho. You can make a guess as Damian looks so like ML.

The mother is Damien cousin I think. I finished this story already so that's why I know.

i think it's their sister, hue only said it was their cousin the first time he told lucia since he thought lucia might get disgusted if she knew about that, but later on he told lucia everything about it (that time when lucia also told hue about her dreams of the other lucia, the magical heirloom etc.)
