Bruv you're literally victim blaming. It doesn't matter if he raped her or not, he still has harmed her in many ways. She already has the weight of her mothers abuse which Yul used to his advantage. He used the fact that she was uncomfortable around men to his advantage and when she finally began to feel better about it, he tried screwing it up.
She may not be a perfect character, but she is the victim.
Abuse is not just rape, or punching someone, it's not just physical. It comes in emotional and verbal ways as well.
