i agree but disagree. The story is a bit confusing, and I dropped the novel because it wasn't that fun. The story isn't that bad, it isn't the worst story I read before. It seems pretty original, just the story is hard to pull off.

Yeah, i feel like the story has a lot of potential but it’s really complex. It seems good from as far as my confused brain can tell, but execution really is key. And in this case, the author seems to like “showing” rather than “telling” but for these types of stories you need both so the readers can at least get an idea of what’s going on
