I think when the story started, Aria was still fourteen....but she's had a birthday since then so Aria is at least fifteen. She hasn't had her debut into society as an adult yet (which characters have said happens at 18 for a girl, and 20 for a boy), so that makes sense. It also matches up with Mielle, who was 13 when the story began and had her 14th birthday somewhere around chapter 43. Aria is meant to be a year older than Mielle.
Asher hasn't had his coming of age ceremony either, and is the same age as Isis which puts him at 18. Isis had a birthday party in chapter 30/31 where the characters confirm this~ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~
The only thing I'm certain of is Asher's age, since they stated it so clearly, haha
