It's like their pheromone level, if it's not that strong then ur recessive, if it's powerful then ur dominant

I think it just means that the pheromones they produce is either weak or strong. Recessive being weak which is why they use perfume to make it seem stronger. But this is just my theory

I think dom alpha have strong phromones and higher intelligence unlike recessive alpha, same with dom omega and recessive omega(recessive like the main omega of this manhwa, stupid enough and his phromones are hard to contrlo and his heat is irregular, i like him don't get me wrong lol)
