This one is great... no matter how much the seme regret, uke never going back ~ the uke have terminal illness,but he doesn't tell the seme cuz seme seems doesn't even care about him
Anyone knows a manga with a similar backstory like this one but where the uke actually leaves the seme and goes for, I don't know he can be alone or get himself a second male lead or something?!
