I've read spoilers that one of the concubines (the 1st queen's maid) is pregnant later. So they might use that child instead since the 1st Queen is a pure blood cultist.

She said that one day she wants to go home and forget the king but once she got pregnant does that mean that she'll never ever gonna go home and stay home due to having the only and literally the only heir to the throne??....(unless of course something bad happens which I hope not)
