Lol no. Some people got super soft skin that can easily get marks like fingers marks during sex. Like if you hit someone with soft skin, the slap mark would show up. Thats how tender the skin is. The red mark is from when hes drinking the blood during sex. So no abuse. I guess up can call it rough sex or something. But the seme is not intentionally abusing him.

He might not be intentionally abusing him, he’s very worked up - but it IS abuse. In previous chapter you see him intentionally leaving a bruise on sooin’s pelvis bone and he won’t stop even when sooin is begging him to. This is not a normal in a healthy relationship. The vamp is definitely better than the other though, and I think/hope he will learn from this.
Yeah, it’s good you that you looked again and realised, it IS sometimes difficult with this medium just reread ch 21 and I had actually forgotten that he also gets LOADS OF bruises, on his ribs, thighs, arms, left arse cheek ++
