He feels dirty for that things that happenned in the past and the things that are happening now.
Explaining better, he got excited when he was a kid, but he didn't really undersatnd why, and got really scared, his family probably put in his head that feeling was wrong and disgusting, so he didn't develop properly his sexual side. Now, whit Kurose, Shirotani kind of HAS to deal with this feeling again, and beign traumatizes, he keeps rejecting his "sexual" side, still stuck on the concept that beign excited is something terrible wrong.
I'm not sure if this is right, but this is what I understood so far.
Let's hope he overcomes his trauma and finally answers to Kurose's feelings *-*

I'm wondering if it is deeper than that. I kind of have this feeling he was sexually abused by someone.

I don't think he was sexually molested by his father, more like he is apologizing. If you look at the flashback panels (page 15) after the locker incident when his dad patted his head he slapped his father hand and said don't touch me...

But seriously, personally I hate that girl who said to Shirotani: "That's disgusting." it started all by that word, he was still a kid and so he didn't understood, and they confused him... So, like you said; his family might put in his head that feeling was disgusting, but why did he said that thing with his gloves? Will we see a Shirotani-san different and no more mysophobic? A-And... He may discover his feelings too! (っ°Д °)っ
By the way, Kurose seemed so sad when he left... He's always so expressionless, but this time, he was a bit sad... And when Shirotani said "Don't touch me, that's disgusting." his eyes were so scaaaaary. (〜￣△￣)〜
And when you said that he might been raped by someone in the past, I don't think he was molested by his father...
I'm happy that this chapter ended up like this, because otherwise if they did it, Shirotani would be terrified and so he will possibly avoid Kurose...
Instead, I want Shirotani to discover his feelings for Kurose... Bit by bit, obviously.
But... Did you guys noticed it? On the third page, it's written: "Both my body and heart by this hand"... That's so romantic and cute~
And on the 28th page, he says: "These gloves... I wonder if there's any point in wearing them."... But why do he feel dirty? For what Kurose did to him?
