I think Andy have just "normal" level of homophobic (yeah, it's sad), it's just need a little education...

Yeah I think he just needs to be educated because you know not a lot of people know what to say. Like he hasn't experienced that type of environment yet but once he knows the truth he will act more respectfully.
Martin had no right to lick Andy's ear that is invasion of privacy. Also Andy calling his coworkers "not normal" I really don't think he meant harm by it. Its probably a misuse of words.
