    He jumped off the building and killed himself. Thats what nux does it passes on it gene/powers then kills itself

    Yea. And he jumped off while he was in that doctors apperience so that's why he had to run after all, if im nor mistaken... am i?

    So there was 3 Nuxs.. Jooyoung himself,the one Jooyoung knew in the past, the one who turned Jooyoung into Nux. What Nux of the last two you're asking about :)?
    Because the the one who turned Jooyoung has jumped off the roof as we all saw. But the one Jooyoung knew wasn't mentioned.
