They didn’t hate her because she was sad they didn’t have a good image of her because she was violent to them and herself.... they were not the one abusing her they did not know.....
She was abused by the stepmom and maids....
The brother didn’t do anything but kept their distance which he they had a good reason for...
they didn’t know she was bullied was because she doesn’t live in the main house with them.... she got kicked out of the main house because of an incident she was joke nt with one of the brothers
The brothers didnt know she was being abused, from what they knew she would violently lash out and constantly do suicide attempts(they thought it was attention seeking since she survived each time, common trope). It was just because she was depressed and now she is happier, the main turn around point was when she stood up for herself and stated she was being abused by the stepmother and staff
She made them as an antagonist in her mind and never asked for help so they didn’t know what was going on. When they found out all three including granddad got revenge for her and punished everyone involved
But they didn't care enough to actually investigate why the OGHost is depressed, violent and suicidal.
And now they starting to like her after their original sister is dead and the new host/MC keeps impressing them.
That logic angers me very much!
Not because she was impressing them it was because she finally stood up for herself... which is why the blonde brother and grandfather allowed her to get the key back and start cooking and listens to her so easily. Before she didn’t talk to them but she finally started to voice herself which is why they started to open up to her
That’s just a plot hole that the author is to blame for. Not the characters themselves.
That is still impressing them and gaining some sympathy overall.
You could say that about her as well before she was viewed them in a bad light but when they start smiling at her and helping her that she started to like them
Yes the MC gets so charmed easily by pretty boys. It's the usual trope.
I’m glad I’m not the only one upset that her brothers disliked her because she was sad. Like they used to try to freeze and starve her to death?? Was she supposed to walk around throwing flower petals as they tried to kill her??
