Let's just remember though that Yaoi, or any of these "romance" stories, are full of either the "warm & fuzzies," or "trials & tribulations." It's for the sake of the drama that some of those situations are put in there. It's to raise readership and sales. But in real life, no. Real life will have you arrested and tried as a sex offender and you'll have all those rights you took for granted taken away from you, even after you serve time.
