Depends on the relic. Its orgin and history etc. But relics like rope that are not gods, humans, animals or demi-humans do not think in human logic. So the question male/female is not relevant for them. If they want to have a human form they will choose a form that they feel comfortabel with. The lower relics find male/female very intresting, but the higher ones are not intrested. I do not know why. Rope does not really care about it either. He just want to be masters number 1. That is what i think.
