It's more than likely that since he's an incomplete omega (he was taken out of the facility before his body reached full maturity) after giving birth he'll more than likely die.
That and I can't see an experimental omega, which were supposed to be extinct, living for very long. 30 years is probably max that they know of which is why he doesn't have much longer to live as well.

did he mean like-since he's a test tube omega..he doesnt hv much longer to live..or did he mean he would kill rain??
