Well, I read some parts of the novel an Well, I really loved the beginning, their relationship (Kang is so overprotective), Kang always found the ways to help him, was so cute to him.
Everything goes wrong because they didn't comunicate. When the fake beta finds out that he's pregnant, he goes and tells Kang that there's a baby (and that's other point, cuz Kang thought that Yooheon cheated on him with the omega called Hannah, and got her pregnant), so he tells him to get rid of it. So, the other guy just starts to cry and cry and doesn't tell him all the information (Kang still thinks he is a beta, there was no way he would think about him being the one who's pregnant). Lee also says some other cruel things towards him, about why he would do dirty things (sells himself) for money, that he still liked him even when he had a record of selling himself (remember he worked in a night club), he tells him to get the he'll out of his house. After that, her nanny dies, Kang don't even answer his calls, not even his sister. So he leaves. Kang goes to find him cuz he wasn't going to school anymore and realise that he wasn't there either.

After that, Kang was so promiscuous, he became a drunker and took pills all the time cuz he had a headache that didn't subside. he was ill. They bonded, but he still didn't know till he collapsed and had convulsions. He start to look for his partner but he didn't find it (he still thought Jooheon was a beta so he was out of the candidates). He goes to America and comes back to become a orthopedic.

Taeyang is the name of the baby. After seven years, his sister contacts Jooheon and finds he has a daughter. He tells him her mother died (he had to tell that story cuz officially, he is that babys father. He had his daughter alone in his house, and when he went to the hospital, he still figured as a beta so, that was the case :(((. ]. Then, they move to Seoul, his sister and him run a cafe in front of the hospital Lee Kang is internee and the one her sister (of Kang) will be the director.

So, one time, a resident invites him coffee and he feels familiar with it for no reason. The resident was a super fan of HeeJun so he always buys coffee, bread and other things from that cafe. Kang gets curious and has a feeling that he has to go there, so he tells the resident he will accompany him this time to buy from there. When they get to the store, he recognise right away that the person who the resident is talking to, is Jooheon. Then we see the scene of the first chapter, when he jumps and sits on him, he starts to cry asking "why". After that, he goes numerous times there, and Jooheon gets mad. Kang tells him to help him find a way to create a new inhibitor or something like that, that having sex should help more. Finally, Jooheon accepts (not to have sex) cuz he was so annoying and didn't want to see him again in his story (cuz he didn't want her daughter to make contact with him).

The last update says that Kang's sister goes to the cafe to find Jooheon and tell him sth about the thing he talked with Kang. There, she finds YJ's sister, and she realises the baby is the spitting image of that woman. So she starts to think she is the mother and then, the baby who was sleeping wakes up that the woman says she is like her brother. Then YJ appears. Hahaha.

That's all. I also read spoilers that Kang finds out about his daughter, tries to compensate them buying her clothes, expending time with her. At first she calls him uncle. They go to his house, he presents them to his family, they welcomed them so is cool. Still, YJ didn't like him, many times he tells him he hates him. But in the end, they got together. And has another baby,n I think is a boy.
Ah, and Moochan finds out he was in love with YJ haha. So stupid
