They already asked him. He just said that he is thinking about it. He wants to do the dungeon that the system gave him first, since the countdown for that is a little over a day. The gate break in tokyo is in 3 days. Obviously, he won't know if he can complete the dungeon in 2 days and return before the gate breaks, hence he didn't give the japanese his answer yet.
