There was another manga which have Seme that looks and behave very similar to Seki... and that Seme have friend that is very similar to Iwashiro both looks & personality. They seems to have similar background story too...
However, in that manga, the Seme is getting it on with a chubby Uke who have similar look to Iwashiro but totally opposite personality...
So basically, that manga is a parallel world where:
Seki & Iwashiro is just a normal friend, while also have a chubby meek Iwashiro as the Uke...
