i honestly just went and read that one and i DO. NOT. SEE. THE. RESEMBLANCE. its good too, but the two are just so different to be able to compare. this is so sweet and funny but that is gorey and .....something else...
Stating clear that they are different manga genres and that even the MC and the heroines havent personalities that resembles those of Horimiya, i only mean that the way miyamura play his gap as the aggresive boyfriend isnt pleasant to see at all (what remind me Abnormal Kei Joshi)... There are many ways of being an aggresive boyfriend, some more manly than another, but that one is one that depicts the opposite of an appealing aggresive boyfriend...
But again, she likes that, and he is okay with it... still it keeps giving me goosebumps and a feeling of loathing. Everything else in the manga is just lovely.
