I bet she is Karin's daughter, and something like Karin died, so Sakura being so in love with Sasuke, agreed to keep her.

Like, maybe Karin died in childbirth or something?? And with Sasuke away from the village all the time he didn't know about Sarada? Sakura would take pity if it was Sasuke's child.
