She doesn't have any medical tools on her, that why she called for a doctor
That is not a lovely excuse... Like, she has her senses and hands to assess patient like getting pulse, inspect, percuss and palpate.
And she must always try to be ready at all times.. Cause she is a surgeon.. You never knew when a emergency arrives..

Not even a great doctor would stay calmed ir organized when it comes to their family member as the patient,,, and the excuse is LOVELY and appropriate search for help is priority in my opinion,, she needs or at least someone needs to give out that order, clearly everyone in the hall is freaked out since it's the emperor well being ,,the uproar might distract everyone from search any doctor so ...ugh im not good at explaining this
