Did the king collapsed coz of his illness or coz the wine was poisoned?

If the king is diabetic...he could collapse if he also have a comorbidity like hypertension and... Most likely you could have a heart attack

Or the king had stroke.. Like ischemic attack because of atherosclerotic plaque..

But those 2 mentioned above will not manifest spiting of blood when it occurs..
Heart attack is like clenching of chest or severe apnea and then collapse..
Stroke is just a sudden lost of consciousness.

But the spiting of blood and collapsed.. That is definitely a certain kind of poisoning.

I think the wine was poisoned because he started coughing blood, but idk, its just my opinion
