You are basically me. I was having difficulty continuing this story because of the kids. Everything happening seems pointless. Even them joking around. That isekai you read sounds too cruel.
I also get very sensitive with kids. Way too sensitive. I cannot handle reading about their suffering of any kind. I avoid these stories so much. This was such a nice story, yet I can't get past the kids awful death.
Those kids being hanged is traumatizing me. I need to learn to read stories without investing every emotion I have in them. Cz, no, this can't be it.
