Yup, it can be a sign of breast cancer.
fun fact: actually it isn't! breast cancer is associated with nipple discharge, but the discharge itself is not breast milk. galactorrhea is more likely to happen from pituitary tumour, which causes excess secretion of prolactin aka the hormone that stimulates milk production.
i would get myself a screening tbh, with male galactorrhea being weird as it is. but hey, breast milk sells for a high price nowadays, uke can probably make some side money with it
