I'm 100% sure, its not Ji Hwa. He tricked Seung Ho by writing a letter( a letter supposed to be written by Lord Song) so he would come at the tavern,

Jihwa last name is LEE so it's not him, also Seungho last name is YOON so also not his father or brother. Lord Song is just a new character not yet introduced
