I have never found this manga again but I'm hoping someone knows what it is... Anyways.. So these guy invited this other guy to a club and they went with thr semes friends(?) And then they sat at a what it looked like an exclusive table...then they started talking then suddenly the people around them literallt started to make out/do the deed...so then the seme started to feel up the guy and they ended up doing it there despite the uke feeling awkward first but realized whats happening around them cause the seme pointed it out when they were starting....
