The phrasing of my original comment was a bit wonky, but what I mean is Lord Song, whoever he is, will play a big part in the near future, as the simple mention of his name alone could elicit that kind of reaction from the servant. Jih-wa knew that Seunghoe will not be fooled by the letter, but the mere fact that the name was mentioned, and Seunghoe’s reaction clearly means that this Lord Song plays/played a huge part in Seunghoe’s life.

For Seunghoe to come out, even on a winter’s day when he just barely recovered. I know Jih-wa is just pretending to be him, but the look on the servant’s face tells a lot about that guy.
