That the momose guy (whatever the name of student who kicked him was) saw him with the NPC dude and he tried to kinda ask questions (not sure about this part just that he saw them) cause it's obvious as hell that he liked the glasses uke, and then the uke kinda shut him down with npc dude? Just that it was a bad end since he did not end up with his supposed "route"

Yeahhh well at the end, MC ends up with the old man... I think due to old age, the old man died, and MC becomes the next old man that "saves the ukes"... So basically it becomes a loop all over again...
