Just because Igarashi can detect small irregularities in medical procedures doesn't mean the medical procedure itself and the doctors that do it has less merit or value.
Both technicians and doctors have shown advanced skills and blunders as well. Igarashi is just on another level
I just wish they would let the female lead show some skill. From the point of view of the reader she hasn't really diagnosed anyone correctly. I just want her to show the qualities igarashi hypes her up to be. u kniw
Oh, yeah, I see your point now. Narrator's omission of the most part of the regular patients is to blame for that. He's just focusing on showing us the interesting stuff so I don't fault that too much.
Maybe, with the upcoming surgery FL will show some awesome skills while being supported by the team and Igarashi on her right hand (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
Hopefully hehehehe or she will mess up and igarashi will have to intervene and he will get into trouble because of the old doctor

I mean ik I'm not a doctor andit's really hard to be one I wish she would u know show some skill u know. Igarashi likes her so much and respects her I wish she showed good teamwork skills or something. Our female lead doesn't deserve igarashi. I want him with the nurse or his collegue but no it has to be a girl from 20 years ago
