I read this a long time ago and just came back to reread the last chapter. If my memory is correct they are the same characters but they are just remade into an omegaverse world for LIAI. You should see it somewhere in the author’s note if you ever bothered to.

Well, I don’t really pay attention to like the height difference of the characters between LIAL and IYHMS. It could be. But yeah, like a parallel universe. I also think I remember that the author also just wants a fresh new start for the characters or something.

If it is, which I find it hard to believe, that’s a big ass imagination with dramas and shit. Side stories included. I don’t see how it is from imagination, those people need check up.
