The ending is kind of ... confusing? Like I’m still not entirely sure but it looks like he ends up with .. both of them??

In the final chapter, the MC is in a car with the big bro and sulks about not seeing Maru that often anymore (because he ends up going with that whole idol group thing) and says something along the lines of “are we even dating?”. So MC and Maru are confirmed dating with that line but right after that, the big bro kisses him in the car and then webtoon ends with Maru saying he’s “happy with how things are now”. So.... looks like he ends up not having to choose? This kind of ending would’ve been great if the two love interests weren’t related and it didn’t come out of fucking nowhere but yeah. That’s how it ends.
