I think boys also... if i remember correctly in the prequel manga...it was mentioned that there has never been an beast Omega.. that is why they had to take a human Omega as their mate in order to continue their bloodline

I'm guessing they're boys because of their clothing (especially the ones they're wearing in chapter 8)

It says here.. the only one one who can conceive a beast's offspring are human omegas
