Its already revealed in the latest chapter that the servants are not treating her well in the dining room and Penny realized how the real Penelope suffered. So since she's a bad ass babe, she made sure the duke and the 2 bros find out coz they're blind af.
To apologize, the duke gave her access to the tower(? Not so sure abt this) where Yvonne used to spend her time i think. Penny got banned from there in the past bcoz of the jewelry framing incident
Then, Penny liked it bcoz she got peace and quiet and bro #2 went up to bother her and he accuses Penny abt stuff again
