On Twitter it says the second episode is cancelled but I think they meant delayed because of the similarities of the word in Japanese. If you read the full notice it says that they are preparing the English translation for westerners who plan to support it and ask not to read it on pirated sites and they will bring updates to the new schedule of pink heart jam.
