not really her imagination, what's happening right now is actually happening. that's only happening to her body bc she's in another world. she gets the choice later towards the end if she wants to stay in this world or go back to korea

Its not a spoiler, since we did not see a death scene in her real life, i just assumed that she is in a coma
Its changes according to a perspective actually, in my perspectice its only happening in her brain and the choice is asking her to live in her real life or die in a sweet delusion. And that was a spoiler, you know, i did not read the novel.
Thinking about she's being in a coma and we are all just reading her imagination, delusions is a sad fact.
