I think thats the point. In this manhwa ( I assume ) that the doctor is oneo f the main manipulators and one of the antagonists.
I think the blond guy who was in group sex was also probably manipulated by the doctor. True, the doctor is disgusting.
I know, I found that out already, I still hate him and his fictional persona though.
Maybe, I honestly don't know about that guy, he seems pretty manipulative too so I can't tell if they're manipulating people together or after having been manipulated and coerced, he became like that too.
