Tianna 800 years ago is the priestess in the eastern, she is not a human for she holds her blood as a pack for others to drink, rune and tianna somehow related to each other. Kairu or the emperor became a blood sucking monster because of tianna, they had a contract to each other to feed him with her blood to have powers cuz tianna was not a human back then and kairu was a human too. However, the contract is over, the time was reversed, tianna loses her memories and the emperor only has a small recallment about her memories back then. Tianna loses her immortality by giving blood to the emperor that made the emperor turn into immortal. So in others words, tianna is turning into a human while the emperor is turning into a not human. That leads us to the present, as we all recall. The emperor said that tianna was his savior so that might be true when he was a kid back then.
I haven't seen the part yet but that might be the case. I hope she'll regain her memories and be together with her husbando which is the emperor ma man (づ￣ ³￣)づ
