It’s understandable that she would cry, as she cried while apologizing. It wasn’t like she was trying to be a victim, but that she sincerely felt bad. I’ve seen teenagers cry when they sincerely felt bad because they owned up to their mistake. It would’ve been bad if she wasn’t crying, because it wouldn’t have been sincere for her type of character.
Being clumsy and dumb is not a sin, the problem is that Ashley cried when she apologized (which is not a good way to apologize, it makes it look like you are the most affected by the problem and not the other person
