What changed is there is a new love interest now, that actually wants to treat taiyou well, but i juat know hes probably gonna choose sora in the end because that just what happens in yaoi. So honestly, dont read. You'll probably be disappointed

at this point, the only thing that will make this "not-toxic" relationship based on love is both of them going to therapy, then Sora going to jail for a few years and Taiyo either spending rest of his life alone or going with kakeru/someone other.

there's no way SoraTaiyo relationship will be filled with love and normal sex. because Sora has already broken Taiyo a long time ago ("'Like' is rape, huh?").
and no character development makes it right for Sora to get into relationship with him.

Taiyo is not broken, in a few chapters he will have a physical fight with sora. They will beat the shit out of each other
