SEUNGHO's father explained the sickness to doctor by saying "Wayward Yang Energies" I think he was indirectly saying that Seungho is gay! Because "Wayward" means (Perverse behaviour) and "Yang energy" means (Masculine) so yeah it something like that !! But oh I'm so sad for every character
