Yes but it's not a main focus and the actual romance bit is very subtle and in my opinion it's close to none.
IMO I don't know if you can call that romance. It was just like a fleeting moment as far as I remember. There are some scenes regarding relations but not emphasized if you'll ask me. You could even skip those parts (〜￣△￣)〜
