i agree i had hoped there was more depth in his character now i’m kinda let down, and I think the manhwa will come to an end soon but i’m really curious where tf is oscar whats he up to like ?? he still hot af tho

Hmmmm. I’m kind of conflicted about the Second Prince giving up his right to the throne. I’ve been waiting for him to realise his mother is horrible and to finally actively take his brothers side in this war. I mean, he supports his brother and he wants his brother to be king, and yet unlike everyone else he hasn’t actively done anything. Now he’s sacrificed his right to the throne, but it isn’t to help his brother, but to save his own mother who he now knows is evil. To me it’s a case of “too little too late”. Ceaser was going to win this battle against the Empress and most likely would have become the Crown Prince, everything was finally coming together for him and he really didn’t need his brothers help at all. His brother renouncing his claim to the throne would have helped him before, but now he had all the pieces he really didn’t need it, yet only now did the Second Prince give up the throne with the condition to save the Empress that tried to murder both his brother and sister in law.
I don’t know... I just feel a bit let down by his character. I’ve been expecting him to help out for a while now, and now that he has it seems to be more for self gain than actual concern.
