From what I understood there was like two chapters after the end (The Suwa perspective) and that was the sequel, just a little spin off of the world where Kakeru died

No, no. I think the extras were just Suwa confessing to Naho and Suwa's perspective. In the physical copy that I have, the extras are like two chapters of another story with new characters
