Well, sleeping with a drunk person is a very grey area. Her "yes" in that state can't be considered a clear and fully aware of consent.
Her answer would clearly have been different if she were sober.
The way she is currently acting as well as how she was acting before she got drunk means that her answer would have been no. Sleeping with a non sober person is usually considered to be rape for the fact that people can't give proper consent while under the influence.
