I think he wasn’t reincarnated, he just looks very similar to past Theo :( I could be wrong th :) But I feel bad cause he’s getting choked :-:
I think he also reincarnated but he just doesn't have his past memories.
From rumors I've heard about this story he is reincarnated too because of his regrets in his past life/wanting to be with her again.
He gets snippets of memory as the story goes on.

Where are we going? I still really love the story, it hasn't changed, I'm just a bit more intrigued and puzzled. Was he truly reincarnated? Was she the one who cursed his family line then? Or was it something else? He didn't have a family line, did he?
Also, does the current Theo not remember whatever happened when he was a wolf? Strangely I thought he would but then it would make sense if he didn't, I guess.
